Plugin Description
SimLab SkethcUp importer for Modo plugin enables Modo users to import SketchUp models into Modo. With the rich sketchUp 3D models pool, different models can now be imported and edited inside Modo.
Supported versions
The plug-in is supported on Modo 501, 601, and 701, (32 and 64 bit), on both Windows and Mac
After installing the plugin, it automatically registers itself and adds a new SimLab menu to Modo. The plugin's functionaliltie s can be accessed fromSimLab -> SKP Importer.
For the first time a user will need to register the plugin's license, Trial or Professional. This can be done by clicking the Register button, or by clicking the Export SKP button from the plugin's menu. For a step by step instructions on how to register a license, please click here.
To import SketchUp files into Modo, just click Import SKP from the plugin's menu, and the Import window will open. Browse to the folder with the SketchUp file to import and click Open.
